Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ustitch, we are committed to delivering your favorite styles to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, we have partnered with Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers.

Shipping Time:

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically reach your doorstep within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹100/- is applicable.

Delivery Locations:

We ship pan India to all serviceable pin codes through our logistics partner, Delhivery. In case your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the earliest.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to stay updated on your delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts. If the package is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

Delays & Exceptions:

While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be rare delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, operational issues, or local restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases
