Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we've made the exchange process easy and transparent for you.

How to Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please use our Exchange Portal.
Simply visit the portal, submit your exchange request, and choose the item you’d like to exchange it for.

Once submitted, you will be prompted to pay a nominal fee of INR 150 to cover shipping and handling costs. After payment, a courier will be automatically assigned, and your return will be picked up within 2–4 business days.

Exchange Period & Conditions:

You may exchange your order within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Exchanges are valid for size or color changes, not for a different product style.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Customized or discounted items
Products damaged due to wear & tear or misuse

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
